The 5-week RESTART® Program is a simple, powerful way to give your body a vacation from having to handle processed foods. With a 3-week real food challenge built right in, the program focuses on how to use the healing power of REAL FOOD to boost your energy and cut sugar and carb cravings.


What to Expect:
All classes take place virtually via Zoom conferencing software.  You can take the class in the convenience of your home, in your pajamas if you want!  Classes are led by Katy, a registered nurse, nutritional therapist, and functional health practitioner.  Katy will guide you through the RESTART® program, answer any questions that you might have, and provide support to keep you on track.



Week 1:  How to prepare for your real food challenge.  This class will cover what foods to eat, what foods to avoid, self-care tips, resources, and more!

Week 2:  The real food challenge/sugar detox begins!  Lesson on how digestion is supposed to work in the body.

Week 3:  One week of the real food challenge is complete!  Lesson on the importance of blood sugar balance.

Week 4:  Two weeks of the real food challenge are complete!  Lesson on the importance of healthy fats.

Week 5:  Congratulations–Three weeks of changing your diet are complete!  This class will focus on celebrating your success and strategies for moving forward and incorporating healthy eating into your life.

  • 5 weekly online classes on Sundays at 10:30am – 12:00pm PT (2/4, 2/11, 2/18, 2/25, and 3/4): Classes will be held using the free software, Zoom.
  • Program materials:  Weekly guides in PDF format that include educational content and notes on each lesson.
  • Health measurement tool:  This will allow you to determine your baseline health status at the beginning of the challenge to compare to your progress at the end of the 5 weeks.  Perfect for determining your non-scale victories!
